The rally peaked at the $126,199<\/strong> all-time high on October 6<\/strong>, forming a clear momentum divergence<\/strong> on the ADX indicator, suggesting waning upside strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the sharp decline that followed had the characteristics of a post-diagonal reversal, price quickly rebounded from the $102,000<\/strong> area and has since consolidated around the $110K<\/strong> level throughout October. This behavior indicates that the ending diagonal may still be extending<\/strong>, implying that a final push to new highs<\/strong> could occur before the larger trend reverses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the decline from the $126K<\/strong> top appears corrective<\/strong> rather than impulsive, supporting the view that it represents a zigzag pattern for Intermediate wave (4)<\/strong> within the ongoing diagonal structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitcoin Price BTC\/UST 4 hour chart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

BTC\/USDT Binance 4-hour chart.<\/strong> Price has dropped below the October 13 high<\/strong>, signaling a possible end of Minor wave B<\/strong> near the $116,400<\/strong> high from October 25<\/strong>. Today, Bitcoin price opened at $114,107<\/strong> and has since moved up to around $114,900<\/strong>, remaining below the October 13 level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A move above the October 13 high<\/strong> would extend Minor wave B<\/strong> slightly higher. However, if Bitcoin price continues to hold below that level<\/strong>, a drop through the Fibonacci retracement zone (Minor B vs A)<\/strong> would confirm the start of Minor wave C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
